We take our time in pre-construction so the build can move fast. Scope walks with our trades, line-item budgets you review together, and selections locked before demo. The surprises happen on paper, where they’re cheap.

Home Visit
We walk the space with you, photograph and measure everything, and talk through what's realistic for the scope, the timeline, and the budget.

Pre-Construction
Trade partners walk the job and price their scopes. We build a line-item budget you review with us. Selections get made here, not mid-build.

Build
Platform access on day one: live budget, schedule, daily logs, and photos. Your field lead's phone number is yours. Every change documented against the approved baseline.

Walkthrough & Warranty
Detailed punchlist walk with your project lead, professional clean, and a final sit-down. Then we stand behind the work and answer the phone after the check clears.

Do you charge for the initial visit?
No. The discovery call and the first home visit are free. We charge for pre-construction on larger scopes, and that fee credits toward the project if you move forward.
What areas do you serve?
We build across Roseville, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, East Sacramento, Folsom, Loomis, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael, plus surrounding Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo, Yuba, Colusa, and Nevada counties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Revitalize Construction is a licensed California general contractor — CSLB #1099913 — carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates available on request.
How does your project management platform work?
Every client gets a login to our construction management system on day one of the build. You see the live budget, the schedule, daily field logs with photos, your selections, and every change order documented against the original approved scope.
Do I have to use the contractor my insurance recommends?
No. In California you choose your own contractor. Preferred-vendor programs work for the carrier first; you are not obligated to use them. We handle direct communication with your adjuster and document supplements when the carrier scope falls short.
Do you work with Alta California Regional Center?
Yes. We are an approved ACRC vendor and we handle the documentation and authorization process on our end so families aren't managing paperwork on top of everything else. We also work directly with private-pay families across seven counties.
